Recognitions
Public or private recognition can be given by anyone in the company. To give a praise choose a badge with points (if the gamification module is active), categories and enter a short comment. Public recognitions are visible for everyone in the company in the activities view and on the employee's profile.
Improvement tips
Private improvement tips are visible only to the person giving the tip and to the recipient. When adding a tip, select categories (defined in the settings) and enter a short comment.
Feedback requests
Everyone can send a feedback request (e.g. "How did the meeting go?"). Persons who has received a request for feedback may in response appreciate or give improvement tips.
Notifications and reminders
System sends automatic notifications about recognitions, tips and feedback requests. You can configure an email reminder (e.g. sent once a day) about the possibility of appreciating colleagues, which increases the adaptation of the tool in the company.
Badges with points
It is possible to activate badges with points that will be awarded during the recognition process. You can define any badges (icon, color, number of points).
Custom rewards
Points collected by employees can be exchanged for rewards. The catalogue of rewards is defined by the company (e.g. parking space for 5 days for 200 points).
Leaderboard
In one place you can check who is most often appreciated (in general and in the last 7/14/30 days).
Limits settings
You can define a maximum number of recognitions that an employee can give to his/her colleague in a single day.
Anonymous votes and comments
The system allows you to configure the virtual box so that employees can comment and vote anonymously.
